Article 1. Purpose
This policy outlines how Faibrik collects and processes the personal data of individuals who visit its website www.faibrik.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and use its forms, as well as how it uses cookies and trackers on the Site and the options you have to manage them (Article 9). It supplements the Site’s General Terms of Use. The Site’s publisher is identified in the legal notices.
These processing activities are carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.

Article 3. Data Collected
Faibrik only collects data necessary for the purposes described in Article 4.
Data you provide via the Site’s forms:
Data exchanged via the chat bubble on the Site: the content of the messages you enter.
Navigation data: data collected by cookies and trackers, as described in Article 9, as well as technical data necessary for securing the forms.

The diagnostic score is calculated automatically based on your responses. It is used solely to prepare the follow-up discussion offered to you and has no legal effect on you.
Article 5. Data Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorized Faibrik teams: sales teams for contact requests and diagnostics, and recruitment staff for applications.
It may be shared with Faibrik’s technical subcontractors, strictly within the scope of their mission:

Article 6. Transfers Outside the European Union
Your data is hosted in France. Services provided by Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google reCAPTCHA) may involve data transfers to the United States. These transfers are based on Google’s certification under the Data Privacy Framework.
Article 7. Retention Periods
After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
Article 8. Security
Faibrik implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access: hosting in France, encryption of exchanges with the Site, access to data limited to authorized personnel, and protection of forms against automated submissions.
Article 9. Cookies
9.1 What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored and read, subject to your choices, on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. It enables, among other things, the recognition of your device, the storage of your preferences, the security of your navigation, or the generation of traffic statistics. The term “cookie” is used here in a broad sense and covers all trackers stored or read during navigation.
9.2 Cookies used on the Site
The cookies used on the Site fall into the following categories.
Strictly necessary cookies. Essential for the Site’s operation and the provision of the services you request (session management, security, protection of forms against automated submissions, load balancing, storage of your cookie preferences). In accordance with regulations, these do not require your consent and cannot be disabled via the management module.
Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics). The Site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to generate anonymized traffic statistics and improve the Site. This solution does not fall under the CNIL’s exemptions: its use therefore requires your prior consent. Data collected by these cookies is processed by Google, including outside the European Union, based on Google’s certification under the Data Privacy Framework.
The Site does not use any advertising, retargeting, or social media cookies.

Google Analytics cookies are configured with a retention period limited to thirteen (13) months, in line with CNIL recommendations.
9.3 Your consent
On your first visit, a banner informs you about the use of cookies and allows you to accept, reject, or manage them. Rejecting cookies is as simple as accepting them. No cookies requiring consent are stored before you make your choice, except for strictly necessary cookies.
You can change your preferences at any time via the “Manage my cookies” module available on the Site. Your preferences are stored for six months, after which your consent is requested again.
9.4 How to manage cookies
You have several ways to control cookies.
On the Site, by using the “Manage my cookies” preference module, which allows you to accept or reject cookies individually or by category.
Via your browser, you can configure cookie settings through its options. Each browser has its own settings, documented in its help section (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge).
Please note that blocking certain cookies, particularly strictly necessary ones, may impair your browsing experience or make some Site features unavailable.
9.5 Retention periods
The lifespan of cookies requiring consent does not exceed thirteen (13) months. Information collected through them is not retained beyond twenty-five (25) months. After these periods, your consent is requested again.

To exercise these rights, write to dpo@faibrik.com. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. Faibrik will respond within one month of receiving your request.
If you believe, after contacting Faibrik, that your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Article 11. Policy Amendments
Faibrik may update this policy to adapt it to changes in the Site, the processing activities, the trackers used, or regulations. The applicable version is the one in effect and available on the Site at the time of your visit.
