From March 24 to 26, the fAibrik team was at All4Customer Paris, Porte de Versailles. Three days of meetings, conversations, and exchanges that confirmed one thing: the customer relationship market is undergoing a major transformation, and the questions companies are asking are increasingly concrete.
From March 24 to 26, the fAibrik team attended All4Customer Paris at Porte de Versailles. Three days of networking, discussions, and insights that underscored a clear trend: the customer relationship landscape is evolving fast, and businesses are now seeking practical, actionable answers.
In this article, we share what we observed on the ground: the four key trends that dominated conversations, what drew visitors to our booth, and the standout moments from this year’s edition.
All4Customer Paris is the must-attend event for marketing and customer relationship professionals. Held annually in Paris, the trade show brings together exhibitors, innovators, and decision-makers over three days for themed conferences, live demonstrations, and a comprehensive overview of the latest software solutions on the market.
The 2026 edition drew 16'000 visitors, 300 exhibitors, and 160 speakers. Every plenary session was fully booked, and testimonials from major B2C and B2B brands set the pace for the event. The message was clear: companies no longer just want to hear about AI; they want to see what’s actually working.
The trade show served as a real barometer for the industry. Four strong signals stood out:
Generative AI has dominated conversations in recent years. But at this 2026 edition, agentic AI took center stage. The concept? AI agents capable of handling end-to-end tasks autonomously, understanding the nuances of every customer request. In practice, this changes everything for the customer experience. Responses become instant, consistent across all channels, and personalized in real time. Meanwhile, human agents focus on what truly matters: complex, emotional, high-value interactions. AI handles the volume; humans build the connection.
Visitors are no longer impressed by AI as a concept. They want measurable results, concrete use cases, and honest feedback. And for good reason: according to a MIT study, 95% of generative AI projects in businesses fail. The tool alone isn’t enough. What makes the difference is how it’s integrated, configured, and monitored over time. Expert guidance has become essential.
Behind all the automation discussions, one idea resonated strongly: advisors aren’t disappearing, they’re evolving. AI takes over repetitive requests. It analyzes, prioritizes, and suggests. It frees up time so humans can step in where they make the biggest impact: exchanges that require listening, judgment, and empathy. The result? Less waiting for customers, more meaning for advisors.
This is no longer just a selling point, it’s a requirement. Companies want to know where their data is stored, who accesses it, and under what legal framework. Hosting in the EU has become a key decision factor. The preference for French solutions was confirmed in every conversation. In an uncertain regulatory and geopolitical landscape, businesses no longer want to depend on providers whose rules they can’t control.
Our mountain-themed fAibrik booth quickly caught attention. But it was the conversations with visitors that really clarified what sets us apart:
Some of our clients and partners stopped by the booth to share their experiences on camera. BUT, Bruneau, Iteractii, and Teleactis provided concrete feedback on our collaboration. Watch the videos on our website and social media.
Marine Deck, CX expert and founder of CX Advisor, brought together eight key players in customer experience, including fAibrik, for the first edition of the CX Privilege Tour. The concept? Creating a space for high-quality discussions between businesses and industry leaders.
The draw has been made! The lucky winner will receive a gift basket filled with Annecy specialties and presents from our clients. Thanks to everyone who participated.
